RICO Laboratory Fume Hood Station is available in various sizes and dimensions to meet the specific requirements of your research. These smoke hoods have the option to produce vertical or horizontal sliding sashes and MS or stainless steel. The standard sizes of our fume hood are available in most demanding requirements (4 feet, 5 feet, 6 feet and 8 feet).

 

Often known as the chemical fume hood, these fumes also dilute the effects on the flammable gases and vapors. Our product range includes general purpose fume hood, ductless fume hood and mobile unit; the laboratory research areas around the world have been created with the number of optional features and specialties needed to meet the critical challenges.

  • Generates a negative pressure inside the hood, allowing it to remove all contaminated substances from the work area in the atmosphere.
  • Original material of thick board wood front back top and outer surfaces are covered with formica. Or cold rolled steel duly powder coated or stainless steel (SS-304) (as ordered).
  • All internal surfaces are sealed and checked for leakage.
  • Work table is made of Granite and a small S.S. with water tap connection. Has been installed with sync.
  • Work area has been fitted to the unit by fluorescent light.
  • The front door hiding counter moves up and down with balanced weight.
  • The bellows and motor assemblies are statistically and dynamically balanced and operated with a    minimum noise level.
  • The work table provides the working condition of comfortable "SIT down" for the operator.
  • Front facing panel has been installed with a 15/5 amp. socket with the switch for the exhaust system and fluorescent light.
  • Supplied complete with cord & plug to work on Single Phase 220/230 volts AC. supply.
