Special Features

  • The strong construction is made of outer chamber mild steel, which has been duly pre-treated and finished with a powder coated paint for permanent finishing.
  • The inner chamber made of stainless steel sheets (304 grades).
  • To maintain uniformity of temperature in the chamber, equipped with durable coaxial blower for forced air circulation back to triple wall.
  • The outer front double walled door is untouched and with no magnetic tape for wind tight closing without any temperature loss, which is available with lock and arrangement.
  • The SS angels are to keep the shelves in the inner chamber at convenient levels. Supplied with 2 or 3 removable shelves.
  • Enables inspection and monitoring of internal chamber samples without disturbing the temperature of a full visual internal plexi-glass door process.
  • High grade PUF INSULATION between the outer and internal chamber for minimum thermal damage.
  • ISI marked compressor / condensing units are cooled by CFC free and R-134 lies in thin air evaporator in the air circulation path by an environmentally friendly refrigerant.
  • Used by indirect heating system by the air heater made of stainless steel placed on the way of moving air in the heating chamber.
  • Temperature range. The temperature range of our stability chamber model is 20deg.C to 60deg.C.
  • LED display with PT-100 sensor (resolution 0.10C) fit with temperature accurately controlled by microprocessor-based temperature controller + 10C
  • Humidity System: Steam injection system generates humidity in which boiler tank is placed, which is placed under the chamber attached with boiler heater.
  • Humidity range: 50% of 90% and controlled by an electronic humidity controller cum indicator with the accuracy of +3 to 5% RH.
  • Control panel with all control and circuitry has been fitted with a temperature controller cum indicator microprocessor with set display for Value (SV) and Process Value (PV), which selects any desired temperature and humidity co indicator has been provided to. Voltage meter on the panel to read the incoming voltage.
  • Mounted caster wheel for easy portability.
  • Supplied with cord and plug.
